Romero Ference has been the Director of Youth Care Services at Milwaukee Academy- a Residential Treatment Center for at risk adolescent girls, since 2011. He has been employed at the Academy since 2000. He obtained an Associate of Arts in Teacher Education degree in 2008, and still plans to complete his Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education. Romero has eighteen years of experience working with at-risk youth and families. In his current position, he is involved in program development, staff development, quality improvement systems and data and evaluation.
